Welcome to Dosbarth Pen y Fan’s page. Mrs Protheroe & Mrs Evans are the teachers in class. Mrs Evans teaches on a Monday. Mrs Protheroe teaches the class on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Mrs Williams, Mrs Lawrence & Miss Freeman support our learners.
The ALSC provides specialised intervention for identified learners across the school. Learners are provided with a highly differentiated, personalised curriculum.
This term, we will be learning about our local area and how it has changed over time. We will be investigating Builth now and in the olden days. We will be looking at historical features of Builth and learning about historical stories associated with the town. It would be useful if you could take you children on local walks and point out key features of the local area. We will also be learning about our home – where we live and how it has changed over time.
